Soft Enamel

Soft Enamel Trading Pins typically have raised edges used to separate the colors of your design or artwork. Each cloisonné pin is hand formed, and your artwork is chiseled by hand into the pin. Once this template is crafted to perfectly match your artwork or design, the next step is to stamp out the number of pins required for your order. Each and every pin is then hand polished and hand colored, using special needles to inject the colored enamel into areas of your pins. To ensure your colors last a lifetime, we heat the pins to over 1600° F which bonds the color to the metal for a lasting impression.

The Trading Pins are then hand polished to a magnificent brilliance and packaged for shipping directly to your door. We recommend adding an epoxy coating to protect the pin surface and colors from scratching. This is an extra step in the trading pin process, and we highly recommend it. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for adding epoxy to your pins.

Photo Etched

Photo Etched Trading Pins are very similar to Soft Enamel Pins, but the photo etching process does not stamp the metal to form raised ridges. Photo Etched Pins have a smooth surface with a computer-generated and colored design applied to the surface.

This type of trading pin is best used for artwork or design which requires intricate artwork and fine detail. They are also less expensive to manufacture than Soft Enamel or Offset Digital Pins.

Epoxy coating is required on photo etched trading pins, at NO EXTRA CHARGE to you.

Offset Digital

Offset Digital Trading Pins are made from brass with a smooth surface and no raised edges. Your artwork is digitally printed on the pin surface and a clear epoxy coating is applied for the finishing touch.

Offset digital pins are great for artwork that requires fine detail such as photographs, paintings or logos with gradients.

Epoxy coating is required on offset digital trading pins, at NO EXTRA CHARGE to you.

Silkscreen Printed Pins

Silkscreen Printed Trading Pins are much like Offset Digital Pins, except the artwork or image is applied to the metal via silk screening process instead of digital printing.

Printed Trading Pins are all the rage these days as baseball tournaments and World Series games get bigger and bigger each year.
